Comparative and World Literature

Guo Shuyu is an Assistant Professor in the School of Humanities at Shenzhen University. She received a Ph.D. in Comparative Literary & Cultural Studies from the University of Connecticut in 2025 and an M.A. in Comparative Literature from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019. Her research focuses on modern Chinese poetry, British Romanticism, and comparative poetics. Her scholarly work has been published or is forthcoming in leading academic journals, including Studies in Romanticism, Poetica, and the Journal of Asian History.
