From July 15 to 19, 2025, the "Beauty of Nature" practice team from the School of Humanities at Shenzhen University carried out a five-day summer social practice program at the Shekou Youth Activity Center.

The program aims to enhance local youth's appreciation of nature through a series of public reading workshops that integrated natural science and aesthetic education.

Faculty members including Dong Li and Shen Yifan, together with student volunteers, designed courses such as "The Mystery of the Eyes" and "The Spectrum of Life," using picture books and films to help children explore biodiversity, cosmic wonders, and humanistic themes.

The project attracted over 50 young participants, with cumulative attendance exceeding 70. It not only broadened the children's artistic horizons but also strengthened the university students' organizational and teaching skills, injecting youthful energy into community art education.
