From June 20 to 22, 2025, the Guangdong Philosophy Association Annual Conference was held at Shenzhen University (Yuehai Campus). Focusing on the theme "Classical Civilizations and Modern China," the event brought together over a hundred philosophy scholars from universities and research institutions across the province.

Held in Shenzhen, a frontline city of reform and opening-up, the conference provided a platform to explore the inheritance and development of classical civilizations in contemporary China, as well as the modern relevance of traditional wisdom. Over 100 scholars presented academic reports during the sessions, fostering in-depth dialogue and scholarly exchange.
