The 2025 Philosophy Summer School of the School of Humanities at Shenzhen University was successfully held from July 12 to 14. During the opening ceremony, faculty members introduced the history, disciplinary structure, and educational strengths of the Department of Philosophy.

The program featured eight diverse and engaging lectures, showcasing the department’s forward-thinking, innovative, and dynamic academic atmosphere. Participants engaged deeply with different methodological approaches and scholarly perspectives, actively questioning, discussing, and expanding on the ideas presented.

Following rigorous interviews conducted by the Department of Philosophy faculty members,six outstanding participants were selected and recognized as exceptional learners by the end of the summer school.
